About Us
Based in BC Canada, URYAN Design Ltd. provides building drafting and consulting services ranging from concept design to construction completion. This may include drafting & management of design & working drawings, full development / building permit application submissions, producing contract documents, and performing contract administration duties during the construction phase.
The involvement of project types ranges from small to large scale. This includes home renovations & additions, single family house construction, multi-family house construction, small scale commercial interiors & renovations, small scale commercial & industrial buildings, and assisting Architects in more complex buildings such as large-scale mixed-use commercial & residential, high-rises, industrial, retail, recreational, institutional, hospitality, care, and government projects.
As the director of URYAN Design Ltd., Urszula Ryan has been working in the Architectural / building industry since 2003 after graduating from the Architectural Building Engineering program at British Columbia Institute of Technology. She has been involved in a wide variety of project types of varying levels of complexity, using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other project management programs, to deliver quality service to Clients.
